My name is Michael Grisco, and I am the owner of Arc Window Washing. I founded the company when I was 15 with a clear vision: to build a window-washing business defined by efficiency, reliability, and quality results.

The idea began when I was looking for a job that could work around my school, music, and baseball schedule. Window washing stood out as a strong fit. Rather than wait until I was old enough to apply for a job, I decided to create an opportunity for myself, and Arc Window Washing was born.

From the very beginning, I have approached every job with the same mindset I bring to school and athletics: discipline, consistency, and a commitment to doing things right the first time. Balancing a business alongside academics, baseball, and marching band has taught me the value of time management and follow-through, qualities I carry into every property I service. I pay close attention to the small details, from streak-free corners to spotless sills, because I believe quality work is built on the little things. 

Since then, I have completed numerous jobs, consistently earning positive feedback from satisfied clients. I look forward to continuing to grow Arc Window Washing and to providing the same level of dedication and care on each new job opportunity.
